A Day Inside Edgewood (My Day Year 7A)

 My Blog is about a Day in Edgewood

First of all what is Edgewood

Edgewood is a school located in Lagos, Nigeria founded by Mrs Kehinde Phillips. 

On a Monday Morning I have assembly by 7:30 where we pray, worship, recite the memory verse, do our devotional, address Announcements etc.

After then we have 1st Period where is PHE since I am in year 7 We have PE on Mondays while Year 8 Have on Tuesday, Year 9 have on Wednesdays and So on and So forth. So during PHE we do stretches exercise and then do sports I play football while others can play Basketball, Table Tennis and even swimming.

After then we have 2nd We have Music which is where we play the Piano or Violin only 2 Option.

After 2nd Period is Short Break which is for 20 Minutes Where we but Snacks from the Tuck shop which has snacks such Plantain Chips, Munch Its, Welchs, Skittles and many more.

After then we do have 3rd Period That is when the actually classes start and we Year 7 A Have Math where we learn a bit have examples then do classwork of what we have learned.

4th Period is English Where we have a topic We have a different topic almost every day and it starts with us writing our Objectives Maybe watching a video or going to our textbooks and then we write short important notes then we learn.

Long Break is afterwards Where on Mondays we Eat either Fried Rice or Rice and stew but about 90% of the time it is rice and Stew. After your done with your food you can do whatever you want go outside and play gist with people watch youtube in your class and many other things to make your Break enjoyable.

5th Period Break is for 40 minutes so afterwards we have 5th Period which like every period lasts for 55 Minutes 5th period on Monday is Physics One of the branches of science.

6th Period is Business Studies where you learn about different ways to run a business the goals and what your are supposed to get what kind of rules and different businesses around the Environment or Beyond.

7th Period which is the last is French. We do not usually Have 7th Period as a class because on Tuesdays and Thursdays 7th period is Extra-Curricular. While on Fridays is Jesus Club so it is only on Wednesdays and Mondays that we have an actual class for 7th Period. In French we dive into the Language and continue to learn about it more and Know more of the language.

Advices If you got to Edgewood

Follow the rules Because if you don't You will be punished.

Respect others.

Don't go looking for Trouble

Mind your Business

Do not steal

 Do not touch or go where your not supposed to.
